Master Esthetics

Master Esthetics Program (600 hours, approved and licensed program by DOPR)

This 600-hour program is offered throughout the year.
This program prepares students for the VA State Board Exam and covers all the state requirements.
In this course you will learn advanced modalities such as chemical peels, enzyme peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microcurrent, energy light therapy, ultrasound, LED, IPL, Shiatsu massage, and lymphatic drainage massage to name a few.

18 VAC 41-70-200. Practical Performance Requirements.

The curriculum for master estheticians shall include the following minimum performances:
- Advanced treatments
- Microdermabrasion
- Chemical exfoliation
- Lymphatic drainage treatments
To register for a class, you must make a $100 non-refundable registration fee, fill out registration forms and schedule a meeting call with the director to confirm registration.

PAYMENT PLAN

We do not offer or accept financial aid, but we do have a payment plan.
Students have multiple options for the payment
Option#1: one payment in advance
Student pays: $8,990
Option#2: two-payment installations
Student pays: $8,540.5 ($4,495 each, two payments)
Option#3: five-payment installations
Student pays: $8,990 ($2,997 each, five payments)
Program registration: Fill out the form and deposit of $100 non-refundable registration fee.

REFUND POLICY
The school’s tuition refund for students who commence classes who incur a financial obligation to the school covering a period for programs twelve months or less is listed below. Please note, that students who have chosen to finance their education through an AH Academy payment option 1, 2 or 3 as mentioned above, are not permitted any refunds unless the AH Academy cancels classes.

1. Refunds for classes canceled by AH If tuition and fees are collected in advance of the program and the esthetics or master esthetics program does not take place by AH, 100% ofthe tuition fee can be refunded except the application fee. The student may transfer the fund to enroll to another class or any other service programs at AH..

2. Refunds for students who withdraw before class An applicant requesting cancellation after one day (within 24 hours) executing the enrollment agreement and making an initial payment, is entitled to a refund of 50% money paid, excluding the $100 registration fee..

3. Refunds for withdrawal after class commences Students who withdraw or are dismissed after the commencement of classes will not receive refunds. All refunds due will be made no later than 45 days after formal withdrawal or date of determination of withdrawal. If the student owes additional money to AH, they are given a period of 45 days to pay the balance. If unpaid by the completion of that period, the student is sent to a collection agency. In case of students violate student conduct and policies, students will be terminated or suspended by AH academy, students will not be refunded any remaining amount of the tuition fee and any other obligatory fee..

Withdrawal Information A student choosing to withdraw from the school after the commencement of classes must provide a written notice to the director of the school and it must be signed dated by the student. If special circumstances arise, a student may request an absence in writing with a clear reason and expect date of return. If a student does not show up on expect return with seven consecutive instructional days, the withdrawal may be considered by AH Academy
